Abstract
According to Undang-Undang (UU) No. 25 of 1992, a Tourism continues to develop not only in developed countries, but also in developing countries like Indonesia. Indonesia itself has many tourist cities, one of which is famous and even recognized for its beauty by foreigners is the city of Malang. One of the attractions in the city of Malang is Malang Night Paradise. Malang Night Paradise has a lantern park rides that will have an atmosphere like being in a fairyland with extraordinary beauty at night. In the midst of increasingly fierce tourist attractions in Malang and surrounding areas, it is important for Malang Night Paradise to always increase customer loyalty from Malang Night Paradise customers. In this study respondents collected were 200 visitors Malang Night Paradise in Surabaya according to the characteristics of respondents using snowball technique. Based on data analysis is that from nine proposed hypotheses, eight hypotheses are supported and one hypothesis is rejected.
