Abstract
The main aim of the study is to examine the Adolescents Influence in Family Buying Decisions for Garment, Electronic & Food Items, The study mainly focuses on the adolescents influence in family buying decisions for the products like Garment, Electronics and Food. In this study it has been found that how the adolescents are influencing their parents by using their dif-dif strategies and also how the parents reaction towards their wards. Related literature reviews also have been made by studying articles related to the topic. The study has been conducted on 166 Nos. of adolescents of two reputed schools from Surat distract of Gujarat state. In this study 106 were male respondents and 60 were female respondents. The responses have been collected by using well framed questionnaire. The statistical test like T-test and ANOVA test have been used to evaluate the data responded by the adolescents. The study has been conducted on the adolescents from the age group of 13 to 19 years studying in grade IX to XII. It has been found that adolescents having more influence in family buying decisions during purchasing of food products compare to Garment & Electronics Products
