Management of Anaemia with Homoeopathy: A Short Review

Abstract
Anaemia is a global health burden with a prevalence of 1.62 billion people, which corresponds to about 24.8% of the total world population. According to National Family Health Survey, Indian children suffer from weight loss, stunted growth and wasting, which is higher than any other country in the world, and 7 out of every 10 young children are anaemic. Homoeopathic management of anaemia along with dietary modifications have been discussed in this review. Objective: To review the literature of published studies relating to homeopathic management of anaemia. Result: Four research studies have been identified related to homoeopathy and anaemia. All of them are clinical trials. Conclusion: Homeopathic Medications are effective in the treatment of anaemia along with dietary modifications.
