Abstract
The purpose of the study is to Identify the perception of students with disabilities face barriers that limit learning and participation in a university of the citizens of Santiago de Cali. This study is located in a cross-sectional descriptive study because our intention is to identify the perception that the situation of disabled students in inclusive education versus no interest or intention to manipulate or control variables because the perception is rated according to the answers of the students surveyed either verbal or written. Besides the collection of information will take place in one time. Overall this study concludes that the most limiting barriers to inclusive education policies are inclusive, accessible and resources are limited the least inclusive valuesand processes of learning and participation
