The system of lending to the agricultural sector management

In this articles considered the state and prospects of development of lending entities agricultural sector. The study found that access to agricultural producers especially farmers to credit is limited due to small production volumes of their products and the lack of credit history. As a result, there is an urgent problem in implementing microcredit farmers, which can be achieved only through the establishment of credit agricultural cooperatives. Based on the results of the study authors proposed development and implementation of government programs of credit support for agricultural production entities. In addition, as a result of the study the necessity of the establishment in Ukraine State Agricultural Bank, whose task should be lending agricultural business.
