Experimental Study of the Formation of Social Competence of Students of Higher Educational Establishments of MIA of Ukraine

The paper deals with the results of experimental studies on the formation of social competence of students of higher educational establishments of MIA of Ukraine, which was held with the aim to form the officers’ social and psychological knowledge and skills that are necessary to ensure effective communication and performance of social roles in professional and criminogenic environment, professional and social adaptation and self-actualization, common team activity, responsible and constructive solution of life’s problems and conflicts. The author characterizes the progress of the experimental study, reveals the features of the educational process based on active approach, using the model of the officer manager of the Organs of Internal Forces.
