Abstract
Learning motivation has been considered as a determining factor in foreign language learning. The decreasing of learning motivation will bring negative impact on students' foreign language learning and teachers' foreign language teaching. In recent years, many researchers have done some empirical studies on learning demotivation among elementary students, middle school students and non-English major college students. This paper attempts to sort out the literature on the decline of foreign language learning motivation and find out the research gap, hoping to inspire relevant research in the future.
