Abstract
This paper selects panel data from 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu province to construct a moderated intermediary effect model, with "Internet +" and tourism economy as intermediary variables and human capital as a moderating variable, to comprehensively examine the impact of innovative activities on cultural industries. The research results show that: (1) innovation activities have a significant positive promotion effect on the development of cultural industries; (2) tourism economy has a significant intermediary role between innovation activities and cultural industries; (3) "Internet +" has an intermediary effect between innovation activities and tourism economy; (4) Under the intermediary effect of "Internet +", human capital plays a significant role in regulating innovation activities and then influencing cultural industries
