Abstract
This study explores the dimensions of organization's culture to determine the employee commitment as an outcome. The relationship of corporate culture is explored through literature review, and through it the results of various previous researchers are conjoined to re-emphasize a model, representing the various dimensions of culture and its bearing on the employee commitment. As organizations are composed of people and are organic in nature, so employee commitment is drawn out as an output through its various determinants. This paper thus strives to emphasize the importance of corporate culture in determining employee commitment by explaining teamwork, communication, Training and development and Reward-recognition
