The impact of character, ambition and tradition on expertise

This study aims to determine the results in calculating the impact of character variables, ambition, and tradition on expertise, in this study the independent variables were character, ambition, and tradition, while the dependent variable was expertise. The data collection method used questions in the form of a questionnaire with a research sample of 80 staff members at the Nahdlatul Wathan Anjani Islamic Boarding School, East Lombok. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, from the results of data analysis, it is obtained that there is a significant effect between character and expertise, while the other two variables, namely ambition and tradition, do not have a significant influence on the expertise variable.
