Abstract
E-learning is just not a device meant for reaching out to a large audience, has a larger and a more positive connotation. Philosophically it is meant to propagate behavioural change and ensure noteworthy performance by the seamless transfer of learning to the required work. This paper delves on providing a holistic picture of elearning that needs to be embraced by Indian companies. A bi-polar view that of the organization and it's employee/ subscriber is taken into consideration. The teething problems confronted in current times and how it could be saddled also find an expression here.
