Abstract
Knowledge Management is a process by which organization collects, organizes, analyzes,synthesizes and stores knowledge in a way that it is available to the employees. The management of knowledge is important for organisational survival. Employees are the most important assets for any organization. This paper aims to examine Knowledge Management and its impact on retention of employees in organizations. Further, it also emphasizes on knowing the factors which affect employee retention through Knowledge Management. This study is based on secondary data. The data has been collected from literature available on Knowledge Management and employee retention. The study reveals that there is a significant relationship between Knowledge Management and employee retention.
