Abstract
Technology is all pervasive, IT tools like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Block chain, Big Data and so on are delivering solutions to the corporate in the field of finance, production and marketing human resource, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and so on. CSR allows companies to display their organisational value, generate brand loyalty and serve its community, is as important for any organization as other core functions. The pertinent question here is that, does AI and Block chain have a solution towards this CSR responsibility of organization? Role of AI, Block Chain and Big Data may be of immense importance for organizations, especially in handling the excessive data, monitoring of data for quality assurance, in eliminating human biases, in making data more reliable and transparent, and so on. One of the elementary requirements for future preparedness and survival of every business organisation is taking steps forward towards information technology and to understand and apply IT in every aspect of its functioning. In this regard, the present study is conducted to assess the applicability and benefits of information technology in the form of Block chain and artificial intelligence in the area of CSR.
