Abstract

This study is critical analysis on the VMOSA (Vision, Mission, Objectives, Strategies and Action plan) OF AMUL COMPANY Amul is the world largest producer company in India. Amul is a successful company. It produces dairy products in India. This corporate consists of millions of farmers and they sell their cow milk, ghee, dahi, etc to the corporate. Through this paper I am reviewing the AMUL's vision, mission, goals and objectives statements. VMOSA is strategic planning tool which acts as a guide to the company. It helps the company to achieve its set targets. VISION STATEMENT It basically tells that at what position the company wants to be in the future. It is short term in nature MISSION STATEMENT It acts as a roadmap to the vision of the company. It tell that how the company will reach its set position GOALS Goals are general statement which tells what needs to be fulfilled in given period of time. OBJECTIVES It states that how the company will attain its goal. Amul is one of the well established company in India with a good brand image but at the same time it faces high competition from its rivals like Mother dairy, Kwality walls and Vadilal. So the company needs to have efficient vmosa(vision, mission, goals and objectives) as efficient comprehensive statements to earn good profits and lead the race in the high competitive environment. Online survey of Amul customers has also been conducted with the help of Google form by considering 100 respondents.
