Abstract

The encryption of supervisors of discrete event networks modeled on finite-state cars is considered in this article. We propose an encryption architecture for supervisory control systems based on the automata matrix notation. Using matrix notation is useful in the field of cryptography for homomorphic encoding over integer systems. We estimate the entropy of the notation matrix and find that as a structure grows in complexity, it becomes smaller and zero. We are proposing an algorithm to increase entropy, because of the low entropy of the matrix notation. The distribution properties of the matrix or vector entries can be covered by applying the entropy-enhancing procedure to stop an assault by brutal force. We suggest a restoration entropy algorithm to ensure proper transmission of the control operation.
