Abstract

Marketing of Accessible Tourism as a new type to promote tourist destinations - the French experience ? Tourism marketing consists in identify and satisfy the needs and expectations of tourists, but we can’t say that we meet all the needs of all categories of tourists if we couldn’t deliver products and services that meet a specific part of tourists with special needs. So in recent years, some European and American countries have adopted this mode of tourism (accessible tourism), taking measures to change practices, policies and procedures to make all means and services in hotels and major spots of entertainment accessible to everyone. In this research we will try to address the concept of tourism for people with special needs, and we take for example the French experience.
