The environmental education in the Brazilian legislation as a defense mechanism of the environment

Abstract
Beginning from a historical abbreviation of the evolution of the environmental theme in the world, mainly starting from the seventies when international encounters on the theme were showed more frequent this text in a brief way analyzes the main statements Brazilian legislatives that are reflex of the environmental concern in a direct way, with prominence for the National Politics of Environmental Education Law and its importance as mechanism of environment defense, showing that this dimension was already present in the National Politics of the Environment Law and in the own Magna Charter, brought in definitive way as a diffuse fundamental right. Demonstrating in a clear way that the necessary mechanisms to the changes that are shown pressing they exist, remaining now to promote its Real execution, mainly to collect and supervise the adopted measures and the actions practiced by the Public Power
