Abstract
Uzbekistan is a country of ancient civilization and deep culture. In particular, relations between Uzbekistan and France have a long history. If we turn to our recent history, we note that until the beginning of the 70s of the last century, contacts between the states of Central Asia and the countries of Europe were episodic, but in the 1970s scientific ties became more permanent. By agreement between the USSR Academy of Sciences and scientific organizations of these countries, scientific departments and scientists of Uzbekistan began to actively participate in all ongoing scientific events and developments, in the activities of international scientific non-governmental organizations that paid great attention to science, economics and culture
