EFFECT OF ANXIETY LEVELS OF B.ED. STUDENTS ON ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE

Abstract
In the present study on attempt has been made to identify the (i) relationship between academic performance and anxiety levels of B.Ed. students (ii)the influence of gender on the levels of anxiety (iii) the influence of anxiety test on academic performance, it was concluded that there is low positive correlation between academic performance and anxiety levels of students; male and female students differ in their anxiety levels; the academic performance of students on the anxiety test day differs from that of the academic performance on the same subjects on the non- test day.
