Abstract
Political scientists have a special place in modern political life. People of this profession, as a rule, work in think tanks, public organizations, news agencies, exercise their competencies in the media, as consultants, experts, assistants to MPs at various levels, and others. A modern political scientist is not always a public figure who directly influences the opinion of citizens through speeches, publications, interviews, participation in talk shows, etc. This is often a person who publicly or indirectly influences people's moods, behavior, and attitudes by modern special means, including blogs, websites, brochures, and so on. In this regard, the problem of the image of a politicalscientist is relevant. Its creation begins with the first classes in Higher Education Institution during the study of Ukrainian and foreign languages, sociology, economics, cultural studies, conflict studies, history, philosophy, pedagogy, psychology. It is important to teach the future political scientist to create a positive image using external and internal indicators. During seminars and practical classes, teachers of socio-humanitarian disciplines have the opportunity to use interactive technologies, creative, problem-solving and partial-search, research methods.
