ECONOMIC CULTURE AS A MULTIDIMENSIONAL PHENOMENON IN THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM OF A SPECIALIST

Abstract
Introduction. The article defines the role and importance of economic culture as a multidimensional phenomenon in the professional development system of a specialist. The multifaceted and diverse influence of economic culture is evident at the socio-economic development of society and future specialists in market conditions. The structure of economic culture is studied. The complex structure of economic culture as a systemic formation, the effectiveness of which is the implementation of the individual in the field of social activity, in its professional, socio-political and socio-cultural areas of development is determined. Purpose. Theoretical justify economic culture in the professional training system of future specialists as a multidimensional phenomenon. Methods. During the study, Ukrainian and foreign publications related to the study of the individual economic culture were studied, analyzed and systematized. Results. The economic culture was investigated as a basis of social and professional life of a future specialist, which determines its multidimensionality and capacity. It was found that the diversity of the sphere of social activity of an individual in his professional, socio-political and socio-cultural spheres determines the structure of economic culture as a complex multidimensional systemic development. It is determined that the main components of the economic culture of specialists are economic values, economic standards, economic norms, personifications, habits, routines and economic image. Originality. The originality of the study is to identify the features of economic culture as an individual form of reflection in the human mind through the prism of moral, ethical and psychological components of economic life and the results of socio-economic interaction between society and the individual (specialist). Conclusion. Economic culture ensures the quality of specific forms of activity and behavior, level, completeness and integrity of personal development, building knowledge, skills and socio-cultural properties and qualities in a macro- and micro-socio-economic environment, while designing his style and lifestyle.
