Quality and safety evaluation of the population life by a factor of noise pollution of the territory

The problem of the quality and safety of people life and activity (QSPLA) is very urgent. One of the most important problems nowadays is the protection of the environment where a person works, lives and rests. The paper considers the issues associated with the development of methods of rapid assessment of QSPLA by a factor of noise pollution of the area with estate buildings from road transport.
