Abstract

Stress in learning is deemed to be a reaction to emotional and mental pressure, unfortunately, this biological response might appear to be common in educational settings both for teachers and students. Based on the various resources on stress and its impact, this paper has intended to put the main question for discussion if stress is a vital factor in learning languages on the example of universities of philological direction”. Additionally, this article aims to focus on adverse ramifications of stress to student’s abilities as well as it is meant to consider range of proven techniques to pull thorough anxiety whilst language acquisition. Moreover, motivation and their types are considered to manage and overcome stress are widely discussed abased on the questionnaire results as well.
