PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN THE PROCESS OF PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE: STATUS ANALYSIS AND MODEL DESIGN

Abstract
Introduction. The article analyzes the state of professional training of future primary school teachers in the process of pedagogical practice. It is noted that the requirements for the learning outcomes of primary school pupils in accordance with the State Standard of Primary Education actualize the functional responsibilities of the New Ukrainian School teacher; highlighted the requirements for a future specialist in the context of realization the «New Ukrainian School» concept. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to reveal the key concept of «pedagogical practice»,aspects of professional training of future primary school teachers in educational and professional programs of the Free Economic Zone. Methods. Based on the analysis and end-to-end programs of pedagogical practice of Zaporizhzhia National University, Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, Kherson State University, Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv National Pedagogical University, Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, some features of pedagogical practice organization of students of specialty 013 «Primary Education» were highlighted. Results. In order to find out the role and place of pedagogical practice in the professional students development of specialty 013 «Primary Education», surveys, interviews, questionnaires of graduate students were conducted, the need to model the training of future primary school teachers in the process of pedagogical practice was determined. In order to form the readiness of students to conduct educational work with pupils, to learn advanced pedagogical experience, to form individual author's style, was made a review of professional training model of future primary school teachers in the process of pedagogical practice, covering target, content, technological, diagnostic blocks and is based on a systemic personality-oriented, individual-oriented, acmeological approaches. Conclusion. It was found that the purpose of future primary school teachers training in the process of pedagogical practice is determined by the social order to increase the level of professional readiness, the development of special knowledge skills and abilities of future teachers, ensure the creation of individual professional style of future teachers.
