The institution's performance takes into account several criteria as curriculum, qualified staff, research, extension and innovative practices etc. Through an analysis of its strong and weak areas, opportunities and threats the institution is rated on its performance. The very nature of this report, made available to the institution should support the stakeholders to appreciate their strengths, work upon their weaknesses to remove then and strive to seize the opportunities available to them. This requires developing suitable follow up strategies.
