Abstract
Introduction. Global digitalization trends have led to the transition from an economy that consumes natural resources to a new high-tech economy in which production and industrial processes are implemented mainly on the basis of information technology and the active use of computer networks. This has become a prerequisite for the emergence of new professions in the field of production and industry, as well as updating and expanding the requirements for existing professions in the context of their digitalization. Therefore, the professional development of vocational training experts acquires great importance in these conditions, because only professional development can help them to deal with all the challenges of the modern era of the industrial revolution. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to characterize modern requirements for the professional activity of vocational training experts and to define priorities of their professional development in the conditions of digitalization of vocational education of Ukraine Methods. The following theoretical and cognitive methods were used for the purpose realization – analysis and generalization of scientific literature, comparison, synthesis, systematization and generalization of the studied information.
