THE SYSTEM OF TRAINING MASTERS FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
Introduction. The higher education developing in Ukraine necessitates qualitative training the specialists for preschool field of study. The conscious forming masters' readiness to ensure the quality of the educational process in the preschool education establishments becomes crucially important for this process. This readiness is formed with a specially modelled and implemented system of professional training in higher education institutions. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the system of training masters for quality assurance of educational process in the pre-school education institutions and to present the characteristic of its main features. Methods. The following theoretical and cognitive methods were used for the purpose realization – analysis and generalization of scientific literature, comparison, synthesis, systematization and generalization of the studied information. Results. On the basis of the essential characteristics of the system of training specialists the peculiarities and components (purpose, legislative and regulatory, methodological, organizational, structural and content, process and technological, result and evaluation) of the system of training masters for quality assurance of educational process in the preschool education institutions are presented. Originality. The following basic peculiarities of the system of training masters for quality assurance of educational process in the preschool education institutions are characterized: integrity and divisibility, nonadditivity, purposefulness, structurness, hierarchicality, integrativeness, equi-potentiality, functionality, synergism, informationeveness, interdependence between the system and the environment, openness, equilibration, reliability, and dynamism. Conclusion. The created system of training masters for quality assurance of educational process in a preschool education institution developed is a component of the professional training system of specialists of the second level of higher education. The peculiarities of the system we have identified allow us to implement it as a complex structured dynamic unit that has a purpose and tasks, methodological approaches, principles, organizational and methodical conditions, content, methods, means, forms, stages of training, that are oriented to the result. The essence of the components reflects the specificity of the process of training masters to ensure the quality of the educational process in a preschool education institution.
