Abstract
This article identifies three dimensions of the Issues Faced by Undergraduate Students of Laos in Speaking English. The first gape their English pronunciations are interference of the phonemic inventory of their mother tongue. The second, underlying factors behind the problems are no chance to enhance at various levels especially English of Daily Life and at School. The third issues are students fear to face the native speakers. Thus to communicate by influencing, the college system must provide the strategies for improvement and see the real issues for the next generation.
