Forecasts for the economic development of the Donetsk People's Republic

The article considers the problems of economic development in the conditions of limited opportunities and suggests interpretation of forecast scenarios of the Donetsk People's Republic. The article provides the assessment of the overall state of economic development during 2014-2021, ex ante forecasts, and defines the development trends. Key intrinsic and extrinsic problems of economic development have been outlined. Growth prospects in the key fields of processing industry contributing to the structural changes of the DPR economy have been identified.
