Abstract
The article analyzed the existing state of legal regulation of concession relations in the Russian Federation and Ukraine, innovations in the aspect of studying the system of incentives and restrictions for concessionaires. Recommendations on the formation of legal regulation of concession relations in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) have been developed.
