The participation of civic institutions in financial control of the government becomes the tendency of modern democratic processes in many countries. In the article it is given the experience of the audit chambers in certain states of using methods of public accounting, it is examined the problems of cooperation between government and public institutions, it is offered legal methods of optimization the cooperation between civic institutions and governmental authorities of financial control.
