Abstract
Anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury (ATLI) has already known as one of several essential and critical drug unexpected events found in as much as 7% of all drug adverse event cases. Nowadays, the appropriate ATLI mechanism has not yet been acknowledged. Hepatotoxicity incidence is still a complicated issue to be counted, due to the abundance of drug combinations in anti-tuberculosis therapy. This case report described ATLI diagnosis and exposed the management of several complications related to diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease as comorbidities.
