Abstract
The article presents the results of the survey of the Russian youth in November 2014 to 14 issues, conducted on the basis of a questionnaire designed to determine the political culture by typology G.Almond and S.Verba. Given the legal regulation of the electoral process in the Russian Federation, as well as domestic and international experience in the field of activation of young people to participate in elections.
