Abstract
A new method of reducing the nonuniformity of electrolytic plating, which consists in the act of combining the reversing current mode with turning off of the coincident anodic sections in multi anode bath has been proposed. The formulation of the problem of optimal control of the described process is given. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated in comparison with the classical mode of reversing in monolithic anode bath based on the example of electroplating in 9 anodic nickel plating bath on the flat shaped product.
