DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE TRAINING SYSTEM FOR FUTURE OF BACHELORS OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract
Introduction. Education today is closely connected with many factors that increase level of social well-being. These factors are personal growth, social cohesion, equality of opportunity, and many others. This article examines the most influential socio-economic changes (globalization, population ageing, highly dynamic development of economic relations), which form the content of the expected digital transformation of the training system for future bachelors of vocational education. Relevant scientific researches of both, Ukrainian and foreign authors in this field, has been studied. Purpose of the article is to conduct theoretical analysis of the digital transformation value of the process of future bachelors of vocational education training in conditions of current social trends. Methods. Deduction, inverse analysis and structural modeling were used. Results of the study indicate the comprehensiveness of the described factors of digital transformation, their inevitability, and hence the importance of prior understanding of the ways to modernize the process of future bachelors of vocational education training according to the modern rhythm of life. Originality is to identify a number of capabilities of higher education institutions that should be taken into account when developing a digitalization strategy (organizational, financial, personnel), as well as theoretical analysis of the impact of professional teachers' training quality on the development of society in future. The strengths and weaknesses of the digital transformation strategy at the level of higher education institutions are also analyzed. It is proposed to take a different view on the process of economy digitalization through the development of digital skills and competencies of teachers who represent the potential of the employment market. Conclusion. The complex nature of the digital transformation, which comprises all sectors of the economy, indicates the objective need to engage in these changes. Modernization of the training system for future bachelors of vocational education together with socio-economic and cultural manifestations of globalization, population ageing, highly dynamic development of economic relations are the relevant answer to the requests related to the labor market needs and the ability to integrate staff into the digital environment in the course of further professional careers.
