Civil legal protection of the rights of the parties under a loan agreement under Russian law

In a scientific article, the author analyzes the main approaches to studying problems in the field of civil law protection of the rights of the parties under a loan agreement under Russian law. The basic concepts and types of loan agreements are given. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the civil law protection of the rights of the parties, to determine the features of the civil law qualification of the protection of the rights of the parties, at the present stage. The author cites relevant articles of legal documents.
