Abstract
A change of the saliva biochemical components during pregnancy affects enamel and its resistance to microorganisms of the oral cavity. It is necessary to prevent an increase of pathological processes. Determining the concentration of calcium and inorganic phosphorus in oral liquid by photometry is the core of mineralization potential. The measurement of calcium and phosphorus concentration in pregnant women's oral fluid and comparison of the data with standard indicators do not take place in the Republic of Belarus. In this case, we should take appropriate actions related with calcium and inorganic phosphorus concentration in oral fluid of pregnant women to avoid oral diseases such as caries and sanitize oral cavity in time.
