Abstract
This paper explains about the needs of school students in their school and home experience of curiosity and parental encouragement. Wisdom is the ultimate achievement of curiosity and sense of wonder, and it's what we're each meant to wield to impact the world around us. This study assist practitioners in identifying and defining the holistic needs of ninth standard students in order to improve school services and program for their high school to college transition and the college to post baccalaureate transition. So, parental encouragement and curiosity plays major role in school students which provides significant information about the school and enable researchers to gain a more complete picture of the educational aspirations attained. Major findings of this study reveals that no significant relation between parental encouragement and curiosity.So, parents must encourage him/her to explore the world around ,asking questions and making connections .And also the school must provide an opportunity with different kinds of learning styles, showing enthusiasm to explore subjects that fascinate the students.
