Abstract
Internal hernia of the broad ligament is rare. Computerized tomography is the key tool of the diagnosis. The treatment is surgical and takes advantage of the use of laparoscopy. We report a case of internal hernia of right broad ligament suspected on computerized tomography and treated by laparoscopy. The following was uneventful.
