DISTANCE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IN THE CONDITIONS OF MARTIAL LAW

Abstract
Introduction. The article analyzes the problems of state guarantees, creating a safe educational environment, as well as the organization of education and the educational process. Thus, distance learning not only does not lose its relevance, but requires further active implementation. After all, given the existing threat to life and health, students and pedagogical, scientific workers were forced to change their place of residence, leave their jobs and study. At the same time, regardless of the place of residence during martial law, participants in the educational process are guaranteed to organize it in the safest, including remote, or in any other form. Currently, the problem of introducing distance learning technologies in the educational process of vocational school in these conditions is relevant and needs further consideration. Purpose. The aim of the article is research of features and experience of application of technologies of distance learning in educational process of vocational school under martial law. Methods. The analysis of regulatory sources and educational literature, analogy, induction and deduction were used. Results. The analysis of scientific achievements and practical experience of the world and domestic educational community in the organization of DL provided an opportunity to rethink and improve the educational process of vocational school under martial law. Algorithms and procedures for selection effective tools for interaction of all participants in the educational process in synchronous and asynchronous modes are studied. The created information and educational environment of HVS No17 in Dnipro provided an opportunity to adequately and qualitatively carry out the main activities for the training of highly professional specialists. At the same time, effective monitoring and control has been established through the introduction of the Electronic Platform «HVS Online». Conclusion. The material of the article makes it possible to conclude that the use of systems and technologies of DL in today's conditions provides wide access to the world's best educational resources; has great social significance as an instrument of realization of the constitutional right to education and professional qualification; promotes the formation of innovative educational information environment in the vocational school.
