Abstract
This paper helps to comparison of different types of heat transfer enhancement techniques in double pipe heat exchange. The system has followed different types of geometric dimension to attain heat transfer rate in experimental result and compare with simulation result. The main idea of these Experiment study is to find out the effective heat transfer rate. The parameters analyzed in the experiment set up are the outlet and inlet temperatures of both inner and outer tube, the heat transfer coefficients and the heat exchanger effectiveness. The twisted tape insert with various geometric dimensions will brings the higher rate of heat transfer than other methods.
