Abstract
In an organization, organizational justice leads to fair treatment and ethical behavior. Organizations today are seeking better approaches to expand the efficiency of workers, and one of the major factors contributing to workers' efficiency is their perception of organizational justice. In the current study, we investigate the relationship between three types of organizational justice: distributive, procedural, and interactional equity, and work environment and individual results in the service sector. The insurance industry as a huge umbrella, covering many fields, forms a shaded area over the activities of human networks and lays a solid foundation for compensating for the harms suffered by individuals. An association or as such, the insurer organization ought to have a group of determined, persistent representatives and staff with responsibility to the association to better cope with competition and threats. This study's primary objective is to understand authoritative equity at work and how it can affect work performance and responsibilities. Commitment to work is a positive business perspective characterized by energy, devotion, and retention. A survey method was used to gather information from 96 protection representatives in the Thiruvananthapuram area in Kerala state. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, correlation, and regression have been utilized to investigate the information. The results indicate that organizational justice has a positive and significant impact on employee engagement. The hypothetical ramifications of the outcomes are talked about in the paper
