Abstract
Nowadays, one of the main trends in the personnel management system is automation. This process has a lot of benefits. For example, using the artificial intelligence helps speed up and simplify the work of man- agers. That is why specialists of personnel management now have more opportunities to work with employees rather than with papers. However, the automation has a number of disadvantages. Any innovations mean new features that involve changes in the work of the entire organization. As a result, employees may feel frustrated and that may cause the outbreak of conflicts. In this paper, the conflict factors of automation of the personnel management system are considered, which must be taken into account for a successful result in the adaptation of artificial intelligence
