Abstract

Based on the study of the theory and generalization of the main regulatory legal acts of Ukraine, the article presents the features of insurance of entrepreneurial risks in Ukraine, as well as presents the relevant conclusions and proposals in this direction, in particular: cost and rationality with proper normative and legal regulation are the main criteria when choosing a way to reduce the level of risk in the field of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine.
