THE THREAT OF BANK CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION LEAK TAKING INTO ACCOUNT OF HUMAN FACTOR

The article describes the importance of protecting the confidential information of banking institutions, considers the legal framework governing the concept of confidentiality, and describes the differences between trade secrets and banking secrets. The importance of the human factor in the information security of banking institutions is also described, and a mathematical model is considered, which allows determining the possibility of leakage of confidential information based on human factors.
