Abstract

With the advent of the Internet and big data era, new requirements are put forward for enterprise customer relationship management, and at the same time, the era of big data also brings new opportunities for enterprise customer relationship management. This paper discusses the innovative thinking and strategy of customer relationship management in the era of big data from the application level, so as to meet the needs of customer relationship management in the subdivided market, support decision making and make long term strategic planning.
