On the results of the state budget system functioning in developed countries

The article is devoted analyzing the results of state budget system functioning in developed countries. The analysis of regulatory instruments aimed at regulating budget process in the United States of America, Canada, Germany and Russian Federation is carried out. Key indicators of the budgetary performance in those countries are overviewed.
