Nowadays, an analysis of international trends shows that the effective development of science and the creation of competitive innovation products is impossible without the deep integration of national scientific and industrial spheres into global research and innovation networks. That is the only way to ensure the inflow of foreign investment, highly effective personnel, and new technologies.
