THE INFLUENCE OF THREATS AND RISKS ON THE FORMATION OF THE SYSTEM OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

The article considers the essence of the concepts of «risk», «threat». It has been determined that threats have a destabilizing effect on the state of economic security, the total set of which is systematized to nine: by the probability of occurrence, the ability to predict, the amount of damage, the source of occurrence, dependence on the sources of threats, the nature of occurrence, the severity of the crisis in production, the sphere of life of the enterprise and duration of exposure to threats. In matters of countering threats, the importance of using all the functional components of economic security is noted: operational, investment, financial, personnel, informational, and protective. Attention is focused on the importance of taking into account, when considering the concept of «economic security of an enterprise», the characteristics of the economic efficiency of using resources and the implementation of economic activities for the production and bringing to the consumer of products, assessing the success of preventing the impact of risks of an endogenous and exogenous nature and ensuring the sustainable development of an enterprise.
