Having a sound land registration system is one of the most important factors in promoting an effective land administration policy for all countries and ensuring the protection of private and public interests related to land ownership and investment. Effective systems of land administration and comprehensive land registration are the basis for the productive functioning of the market economy, the development of the agricultural sector and the sustainable and efficient management of land resources, which will significantly contribute to the sustainable growth and development of the economy.
